Welcome to DialAndCase. By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms. They are deliberately written in plain language.

The service

DialAndCase lets you catalogue your watch collection, set service/battery/warranty reminders, and optionally share parts of your collection publicly. The service is currently in beta: features may change, and although we work hard to protect your data, you should not treat the platform as your only copy of irreplaceable information or photos.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate others.

Your content

• Everything you add (photos, stories, notes) remains yours.
• By making content public you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on your public pages and in share images/links you generate — that's all we use it for.
• Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is abusive. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that post it.

Catalogue data

Reference specifications in the community catalogue are provided for convenience and may contain errors. Always verify critical details (e.g. before a purchase) with the manufacturer. You can override any spec on your own watches.

No marketplace

DialAndCase is not a marketplace and does not broker sales. Any transaction you arrange with another collector is strictly between you and them.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You can stop using the service or request account deletion at any time (see GDPR). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. The governing law is that of Romania / the European Union.
